Under the Plan, you continue to receive Technical Phone Support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but if the problem cannot be fixed over the phone, Hughes will send a certified technician directly to your location to quickly restore your service.

Hughes offers a nationwide network of certified technicians, so you can count on getting technical support when you need it - at home or at your office. Choose from the two plans below to get the fast response time you need!

Express Repair Requirements
  Express Repair plans are available to HughesNet subscribers with:
– DW6000, DW7000, or HN7000S (in-warranty or out-of-warranty)
– Hardware mounted to a stable, fixed-position, permanent structure
– Service within the contiguous US (not Alaska or Hawaii) or Puerto Rico
– A current HughesNet billing account in good standing
