Support
Both Express Repair plan options include live technical phone support (toll-free) and onsite support by a HughesNet® certified technician.
Pricing
Both plan options are available for a small monthly fee and a per visit fee (if onsite service is required) and require a 30-day vesting
period.
*After 1-year term is completed, plan will be automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis until cancelled by you or terminated by Hughes.
Billing
The monthly service fee and any applicable onsite service co-pay for Express Repair will be billed via the same method as your HughesNet service is billed (on your credit/debit card or via invoice, whichever method you have selected). Express Repair Plans billed month-to-month may be cancelled at any time without penalty. Express Repair plans with a 1-year term may also be cancelled at any time, but will incur a $25 fee if cancelled mid-term.
